VoiceBridge Software Solutions Inc. announces the general availability of its OnLine Voicemail software solution for Nortel Customers who have Nortel Norstar (CIC /MICS) and Nortel BCM (200/400/50) telephony platforms.

A key component of Unified Communications for SMB legacy Nortel PBX Users, this functionality could not previously be acquired within the Nortel proprietary product world. VoiceBridge OnLine Voicemail delivers powerful, yet convenient functionality that is implemented with no disruption to phone service, and provides immediate measurable benefits to all Users. This is the second in a series of Nortel focused Software Solutions, and follows Voice Message Forwarding (via email).

VoiceBridge OnLine Voicemail enables staff to manage their Voice Messages (and Faxes) from any web browser both at, and away, from the Office. Features include: Listen, Print (for Faxes), Forward (via secure email), Delete, and Mark as Read.

“Anywhere“ secure management of Voice (and Fax) Messages ensures maximum productivity, better Customer Service, higher Sales volumes, and much less wasted time constantly calling into the office phone network to check for and manage all of their Messages and Faxes.

With caller ID and caller number, VoiceBridge OnLine Voicemail provides a broad spectrum of convenience features. Smartphone Users can access their Voice Messages through their mobile web browsers. VoiceBridge Software Solutions are delivered solely through qualified Telecommunications Consultants, Suppliers and Dealers who can provide the right services to their end-use Customers.

End-use Nortel Customers are asked to contact their selected Telecommunications Consultant, Supplier or Dealer to suggest that they ask VoiceBridge to obtain the information necessary to achieve a successful implementation.
