VoIP Provider Vocalocity has taken on a new CEO, Wain Kellum. Prior to joining Vocalocity, Kellum served as the CEO of Omnilink Systems, a leading provider of location-based service (LBS). Boris Jerkunica, Chairman and Co-Founder of Vocalocity, said in a press release that "Wain brings an ideal blend of leadership, technology, and sales experience that we need to continue to drive our company forward." 

The real question is how well Kellum will fit in with Vocalocity’s extremely small-scale, individualistic approach to business. Vocalocity provides hosted PBX services to corporations of 50 or fewer employees, and does not sell to enterprise or residential customers. Kellum said of Vocalocity in a press release that "Vocalocity has a unique and distinct value proposition and there is a tremendous upside in accelerating our business model of bringing VoIP communications to the small business market."
