New Zoho CRM App.

Customer relationship management software, also known as CRM program, centralizes many functions related to sales and inventory controls. Zoho is an example of a such a software, which can help many firms with sales, marketing, inventory and customer support areas. The system was developed to be easy to use, offering lots of features such as automated processes,  easy integration, customization and scalability to fit the growth of various firms.

Currently, the Zoho system can also be accessed on IPhone, as an app. This setup, developed based on customers’ suggestions, offers many functionalities, such as access to the Cases module, where you can view, edit, create and search case records. You can also import contacts from the CRM system into your iPhone address listing.

With this app, you get functions, such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Potentials along with Calls and Events sections. Tasks can be classified among “highest,” “high,” and “normal," which helps in organizing and planning your workload.

Zoho CRM has recently fixed some bugs on its IPhone app and made improvements on the way you can search for information.
