When Chicago’s famous Congress Plaza Hotel decided to open a branch in Atlanta, Georgia, they ran into a slight technical snag: the new Georgia building needed a massive phone system installation before it could be opened to the public. More than three-hundred new handsets needed to be integrated into the hotel’s property management system. Rather than succumb to stress, Congress Plaza hired 360 Protection.
