Vodburner Announces Skype Video Call Recorder and Editor

Vodburner has announced a Skype video call recorder that can accurately record Skype video calls. There are already several companies and services that can record Skype audio calls - but recorded video is a first.

Vodburner has an impressive list of features that are worth checking out - not least the price, which is free. You can also:

  • No time limits
  • Basic video editing is included
  • Records both sides of the conversation
  • Captures at full frame rate and maximum resolution
  • In final produced video switch camers views completely under your control
  • Add text captions
  • Add background audio
  • Generate files suitable for uploading to service like YouTube

There are additional editing options available with a paid subscription and the service does add a proprietary watermark if calls are made with non-Vodburner users. Subscribing also removes these. The cost of a subscription is $10 per month
