M5 Networks Showcases 'M5Connect for JobDiva'

NEW YORK and LAS VEGAS, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- M5 Networks, Inc., a leading provider of smarter business VoIP phone systems, today announced that it will publicly showcase the integrated "M5Connect for JobDiva" solution in the Exhibition Hall at the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) 2009 Annual Conference Sept. 30 through October 3 in Las Vegas, NV.

The M5Connect for JobDiva solution integrates M5's hosted VoIP telephony within JobDiva's applicant tracking Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environment, enhancing recruiter productivity and enabling advanced performance metrics tracking. The NAPS Conference will be the first time the M5Connect for JobDiva integrated system is publicly featured and demonstrated for a broad audience of staffing industry professionals.

The M5Connect for JobDiva unified desktop allows recruiters to launch calls directly from within the JobDiva application environment. This significantly speeds call placement time, saving as much as half a minute per call, allowing users to make many more calls per day and to track phone traffic in the context of the workflow process to further enhance efficiency and productivity. The integrated M5Connect system also automatically tracks call statistics and metrics to provide managers with effective performance measurement and management tools.

"Connecting phone systems into business-enabling applications like CRM can add tremendous value, but performance is a critical issue - when you're on the phone, there's little tolerance for slow response in real-time interaction," commented Brent Barbara - Director of Client Solutions. "JobDiva offers its CRM solution as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service offering, so in collaborating with them on the M5Connect offering, we used new hosted, web-based Computer Telephony Integration, or CTI, technology. Now there's no need for any software to be installed on the desktop, which effectively eliminates any performance issues."

Diya Obeid, CEO of JobDiva remarked, "Our customers spend their entire day in front of their JobDiva screens, and they are also constantly on the phone. The integration of these two platforms makes sense. M5Connect for JobDiva allows the user to simply make more calls leading to more placements and closer relationships with clients and candidates. The integration enabled the user to track their phone traffic in the context of their workflow process within JobDiva. Again, JobDiva leads in the delivery of innovative SAAS solutions for the staffing industry."

"We provide VoIP services to many different vertical markets, but the staffing industry has always been one of the top markets for us," said Brent Barbara. "Productivity, mobility, business intelligence and user responsiveness are key requirements in this market, and these are core benefits our VoIP solutions deliver. That's why we chose the NAPS conference as the first place to showcase the M5Connect for JobDiva offering."

NAPS conducts annual conferences and seminars to help and train individuals, owners, and managers across the United States, to increase public and business awareness of the value of personnel services, and to educate people on best practices and the maintenance of high professional standards. M5 Networks will be featuring its full range of hosted VoIP service offerings as well as the M5Connect JobDiva solution at the conference.

The M5Connect for JobDiva offering was first previewed to JobDiva customers attending the third annual JobDiva Users Conference in June 2009. It has since been adopted and is currently in use by several M5 and JobDiva mutual clients.
