DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Telmar Network Technology announces a strategic relationship with Tango Networks to resell its mobile Unified Communications solutions in Central and Latin America, and provide spare parts management and out-of-warranty repair services to Tango’s global customers. For over 46 years, Telmar has delivered solutions that extend the life of critical network equipment, generate significant cost savings and increase operational efficiencies for OEMs, Enterprises and Network Service Providers around the world.

As a channel partner, Telmar will resell the Tango Networks’ Abrazo™ mobile Unified Communications (mobile UC) solution which cost effectively integrates mobile phones with enterprise unified communications networks such as Microsoft's Office Communications Server, Cisco Unified Communications Suite and virtually any IP-PBX or TDM-PBX based voice network. “The addition of Tango Networks Abrazo mobile UC platform to our unified communications offerings will allow Telmar to provide a mobile UC solution to our enterprise and service provider customers around the world,” said Steve Pickett, President and CEO of Telmar Network Technology. “We’re also excited to provide Tango’s customers cost-effective repair services for their warranty work, and offer a spare parts management solution that can help them reduce inventory carrying costs and total cost of ownership without reducing their enterprise network’s reliability or performance.”

Tango Networks’ Abrazo solution enables any mobile phone, regardless of type, to become a true extension on the enterprise unified communications network. For the enterprise, true integration with the corporate unified communications system delivers increased employee productivity, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. Tango Abrazo allows a corporation to enhance its mobility policy by giving the organization increased control and management of its mobile assets, while leveraging current investments in UC/PBX systems, desk phones and mobile handsets. For the mobile operator the Abrazo enables a unique enterprise high value service offering, which allows them to expand their enterprise customer base while reducing churn. Tango Networks’ unique hybrid approach to fixed-mobile convergence blends the service provider and enterprise networks, taking advantage of the best features of each.
