Sheraton Dallas Adds Global Telepresence Meeting Suite

Allows Business Guests to Meet Across Continents

One of the biggest convention hotels in the state of Texas, the Sheraton Dallas, recently released a global TelePresence Meeting Suite. The TelePresence Meeting Suite enables remote real-time face-to-face meetings to take place. Now, a guest at the Sheraton Dallas can meet with another guest anywhere in the world using one of the Sheraton Dallas’ TelePresence rooms or meeting suites.

TelePresence Technology

TelePresence technology is changing the way the global organizations do business. This technology supports communication and virtual collaboration and meets the needs of today’s global businesses. TelePresence meeting suites are available to the public on a pay per use basis. Reservations for these meeting suites can be made online with a credit card or in person at the Sheraton Dallas hotel.

The Sheraton Dallas

The Sheraton Dallas is a large hotel with more than eighteen hundred rooms. This hotel is a Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide property. Starwood and Tata Communications, the first global communications provider to offer public TelePresence rooms, formed a partnership in 2009 to work together to release the TelePresence Meeting Suite solution. Today, Starwood offers TelePresence meeting suites in over fifteen of their properties.
