 Zoho CRM & ExactTarget Integration

Cazoomi has created a new integration service known as Zoho CRM to ExactTarget Sync. The service allows companies to be in constant sync with prospects, case contact information and email marketing lists. The company partnered with Pierry Interactive, a major online marketing firm, to get the Zoho CRM and ExactTarget systems to talk to each other.

Zoho CRM to ExactTarget Sync is specifically designed for executives, salespeople and customer service representatives. It allows them to quickly sync leads and contacts so information is always up to date. The integration system also lets users see their marketing metrics for key growth drivers in both applications.

Key features of Zoho CRM to ExactTarget Sync include the ability to sync contacts and leads, the ability to sync marketing lists, and precise field mapping. It also allows customers to expand their Social Media marketing capabilities by automatically syncing email, Facebook, and Twitter lists, and provides the option for separate designations for subscribers, fans, and followers.

Zoho CRM to ExactTarget Sync will also help businesses to quickly remove any redundant data that exists between the sales and marketing department. In addition, the integration system can manage email campaigns and make sure they are using fully up-to-date marketing information.
