On March 2, 2011, Cloud9 analytics unveiled its latest solution for sales forecasting and pipeline management. Entitled Cloud9 Rotators, this new platform technology allows for continuous access of historical sales information for worldwide enterprises which utilize its Salesforce Customer Resource Management (CRM) system.

This technology will be of particular value to global customers, who typically have to wait for daily outages to pass while the Salesforce CRM data is refreshed. Cloud9 Rotators allows uninterrupted accessibility to its Salesforce CRM, which offers several essential revenue performance management rewards such as increased effectiveness of individual sales representative coaching and greater productivity of weekly sales meetings.

“In the past two years we have witnessed rapid adoption of Cloud9 solutions among multi-national organizations,” said Swayne Hill, president and CEO at Cloud9. “With our customers’ sales teams in all regions of the world using our products to forecast and manage their pipelines, we needed to provide 24/7 availability. Today, Cloud9’s solution is unique in its ability to provide this capability.”

Based in Redwood City, California, Cloud9 Analytics delivers a variety of customer based solutions that typically require little installation, minimal information technology support, and low maintenance. Benefits of its Salesforce CRM, particularly in light of the recent Cloud9 Rotators development, are likely to include better CRM adoption and more expedient revenue.
