The Feud between Telekom Deutschland and Sipgate VoIP
There is a new legal dispute in the works between Telekom Deutschland and the VoIP services provider, Sipgate. Here is the gist of the dispute below.
“Telekom took offence at Sipgate clams on its website, onlinekosten.de reports. Telekom has complained about two passages of text on the sipgate.de site. One claiming that a VoIP connection is a better and cheaper alternative to standard telephony, and another claim that sipgate is 'better and cheaper' than a fixed-line phone connection. It believes that Sipgate's claims are unjustified and misleading for consumers.”
