CTI Group Launching Contact Center Suite

CTI Group Inc. has plans to launch a new interactive communication management suite for contact centers. This new solution is called SmartInteraction. SmartInteraction enables voice over internet protocol (VoIP) and on-site contact centers to record, evaluate and respond to phone based customers to improve efficiency, customer service and productivity. This solution is suitable for all sized businesses in any industry. SmartInteraction can handle the most demanding large contact center needs and can be scaled down to meet the needs of small and medium sized contact centers as well because SmartInteraction is very configurable.

SmartInteraction includes SmartRecord, which is a call recording solution. SmartRecord includes the following features:
