Ooma offers a new mobile app with calling plan option

Updated: January 07, 2011

The Ooma Moblie app by Ooma now has a calling plan for its users to save money on all their calls. Ooma’s new calling plan allows users to talk for 1,000 minutes for less than $5 per month.

This application will let Ooma customers make U.S. and international calls from their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Any call made with the Ooma Mobile application is transmitted through the Internet connection of the caller’s device (either Wi-Fi or 3G) so there is no need or use minutes from a cellular voice plan.
