AccessLine Hosted Telecom Voice Services Now Available over New Edge's Nationwide MPLS Network

WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- 2010 CHANNEL PARTNERS EXPO -- New Edge Networks, the managed services business communications unit of EarthLink, Inc. (Nasdaq: ELNK), today announced that AccessLine™ hosted telecom voice services are now directly connected to the New Edge AX ecosystem of business applications. AccessLine is the hosted VoIP brand of Telanetix, a leading communications solutions provider offering Voice over IP (VoIP) services to all business market segments.

With a dedicated interconnection to New Edge AX, AccessLine services from Telanetix can now incorporate the Quality of Service (QoS) inherent on the New Edge backbone and Class of Service (CoS) traffic prioritization that New Edge offers to MPLS customers. The benefits to Telanetix customers also include great value and demanding standards on award winning service and quality. Leveraging the nationwide New Edge network, Telanetix' hosted applications can be delivered to end-users whether located at company offices, using a corporate VPN or working from home or a client site.
