Zlago Deploys Cost Effective, Full-Featured Hosted VoIP-PBX

Updated: January 07, 2011

San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) August 11, 2010

Zlago, a leading provider of Hosted Windows® Desktops and Cloud services to the Channel and the SMBs they serve, today announced that it has launched its next generation Hosted VoIP-PBX solution through the SYNNEX channel. SYNNEX Corporation, a Fortune 500 corporation and one of the world’s leading business process services companies, partnered with Zlago earlier this year to offer its VAR and solution provider customers Zlago’s Hosted Windows® Desktops and Virtual Servers. Now SYNNEX will be offering the Zlago VoIP-PBX solution as well.

The Zlago Solution offers both classical PBX functionality as well as advanced features that are often associated with large, high end (and high cost) proprietary PBXs, and interoperates with traditional standards-based telephony systems and Voice over IP systems – all for a low, monthly, per user fee, that is instantly scalable, with no hardware to buy, install, configure, host, or maintain (other than the IP telephones).

In addition to free unlimited local and long distance calling, features of the system include: Automated Attendant, Call Forwarding, Call Parking, Call Recording, Call Routing, Caller ID/Blocking, Call Transfer, Conference Bridging, Find Me / Follow Me, Interactive Voice Response, Music-on-Hold, Outlook Integration, Paging/Intercom, Remote Office Support, SMS Messaging, Spell / Say, Streaming Media Access, Three-way Calling, Toll Free Numbers, Trunking, Voice Mail and Fax to Email, and much more.

Zlago’s hosted technology will allow employees to plug into their organizations’ VoIP-PBX system no matter where they are. Whether working at a satellite office, from home, or on the road, as long as employees have a broadband connection, they can easily access the central system for full function telephone and voice services.

And since the Zlago Solution features fully-automated provisioning, the system, and its users, can literally be up and running in minutes.

In making the announcement, Zlago CEO Michael Gold said, “We are incredibly excited to offer this hosted telephone system solution to the Channel and its SMB end users. The same functionality that SMBs currently experience with their existing legacy systems are contained within this system; but the performance of this solution and its advanced, quick-to-integrate, easy-to-use features will be difficult to match. Plus, as is the case with the Hosted Windows® Desktops, Virtual Servers, and other Cloud services offered by Zlago, the VoIP-PBX solution is fully managed, administered, and maintained by Zlago’s engineering and support staff, 24 / 7 / 365, along with support from VAR and solution provider partners. This hosted solution further strengthens our offering through SYNNEX to the Channel, allowing our partners to provide a complete Office in the Cloud.”

Mr. Gold concluded, “For SMBs looking to reduce overhead, as well as the common IT-related headaches, security, maintenance, backup, and update concerns, but that are not willing to sacrifice on ease of use, reliability, and performance, the Zlago VoIP-PBX solution is ideal. It can actually improve business performance.”

Said John Rice, Zlago VP of Channels, “The rapid reseller adoption of our Cloud solutions has certainly been accelerated by our relationship with SYNNEX. We believe the addition of this Hosted VoIP-PBX solution being offered through SYNNEX will only further that momentum.”

Mr. Rice continued, “The Cloud provides a fantastic opportunity for VARs to grow new, long-lasting, recurring revenue streams for their businesses … all with little, to no investment, on their part. And Zlago’s Partner Program makes it easy for VARs to hit the ground running, with full sales / marketing, training, and pre-and post-launch support that demonstrates how quick and easy it is to integrate our products and services into their existing operations. And all of our products and services are offered as Zlago-branded or white-labeled, giving VARs the flexibility that a partner needs and expects. All it really takes to begin making significant revenue through a partnership with Zlago is the willingness to give it a try. As our sign-up rate would indicate, many are eager to do just that.”

Zlago will be meeting with resellers at CompTIA (Booth #1013) and XChange Americas (Booth #230) to discuss and demo its suite of Cloud Solutions, including the new VoIP-PBX offering.

And as an incentive for VARs to integrate Zlago’s Cloud Solution Suite into their operations, through September 30th Zlago will be offering resellers a FREE Cloud voice call conferencing service when they sign up as a Zlago Authorized Partner.
