Advancement in Importing Google Docs to Zoho
Zoho Creator, a popular online tool to create custom applications for businesses, has announced interesting additions that are sure to be hits with both developers and users, such as a payment module, organizational sharing and the ability to import Google forms.
You can now accept payments and donations by using a payment module connected with PayPal Gateway. You develop a dedicated form, the payments form, and link it to a specific Paypal account. Customers can pay using their PayPal accounts or credit cards. Donations can be set up for a one time or a recurring basis through a donation form. You can embed both payment and donation forms to websites as well.
The Sharing Interface has changed a lot and now features an Organization Level Sharing, which allows for access to applications without typing out each user’s email ID, a major time saver. An administrator and dedicated workspace are required for all organizations to organize the process better. You can create applications using the workspace and share them with only certain individuals or domains.
Developers can import Google forms and build entire business applications around these forms. As you import a form, Zoho Creator imports all data present and creates a basic application that can be modified with rules and workflow processes.
