Their ShoreGear appliances to not have any spinning media or hard drive. The ShoreGear appliance runs on the mission critical operating system called VX works and flash memory. The distributed architecture is uniquely built with no single point of failure.. ShoreTel primarily sells and markets their product through channel partners.
